"Gifts From Me came into being in a wonderful way. I had been experimenting with a chord sequence on my guitar for quite some time, without any melody to go with it. One night, I was all alone in my hot tub, feeling sorry for myself. A chill ran down my spine in 106 degree water and I heard a voice say,
'Everything I have created, I have created as a gift for you to enjoy. And you are feeling sorry for yourself?'
I jumped out of the hot tub and, dripping wet, wrote down the words. They just flowed through me. I got out my guitar and played the chord sequence I had been experimenting with - the melody just came to me without a struggle. The song was born!" - Bill Dallavo
